As you know from the first writing after my sad poem this poem is an idiom for friendship and by letting people play that ushaly don't you may find things new about them that you never knew before. Although it is unrealistic goal that everybody will fit in with socity people mare definatly making a jump for the better. This overall makes me happy because like as in being on a team as in being able to hang out with friends I am embracing it instead of being disapointed about it. It is also in color to show my happiness towards a better future
For my poem I choose to make it about friend groups being picked for the teams is like an example of people hanging out and people left excluded. It also relates to dodge ball because in movies and shows there are all ways those certain people left out in the game because nobody wanted them on there team. This is why I am looking towards that as i'm kind of kicking the dodgeball away and staring at it with a sad and disapproving look on my face. It is also in black and white to show sadness and how its either one way or a another with not imbettween
Dodgeball
In the gym sitting on a bench There I sit unable to quench My thirst for the game Only nobody called my name the ones not picked sit alone we're tired of sitting upon this throne not being able to play but its always been this way the fastest and strongest picked first the rest of us titled as the worst frown only on the inside true feelings hide if only I had someway to show to that they would know how good I really am ---------------------------------- In the gym I hear my name one chance to play might bring me fame I walk up to my new team my expression is happy as my smile gleams suddenly the whistle gives its call all heads turn towards the ball my feet are moving quickly as i start to dash suddenly my body shifts as I start to clash with another boy it brings me joy when I am able to walk away with the prize I get the attention of all the eyes when my first throw is the one that would show How amazing I can be |
